Kay L. Steele lives in Olympia, WA, with her husband, dog, and some roommates. She took courses at The Evergreen State College, and on her birthday in 2011 graduated with what she calls a "Bachelor's in Writing and Cultural Studies."

Since then, she's been making coffee and fancy espresso at the Olympia Coffee Roasting Company. To utilize her degree, she writes and reads a lot. Some of her writing is available at The Daily Heretic. Some of the writing ends up here. The rest is lost somewhere under the inkwell...

Kay L. Steele finds writing in third person tedious and cumbersome, but felt a giddy pretentiousness in so doing. She believes that the world would improve if all people listened to the TED talk below, and thus requests your cooperation and obedience.
